Blueberry Balsamic Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Blueberry Balsamic Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Need a quick and healthy dinner tonight? No worries, we have you covered! This Blueberry Balsamic Marinated Pork Tenderloin will be a hit with your whole family.. especially when you pair it with garlicky mushrooms & green beans!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Sutter Buttes Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Sutter Buttes Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sutter Buttes Tuscan Dipping Herbs
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lb pork tenderloin

Directions

  1. Create marinade in a mixing bowl by combining balsamic vinegar, olive oil, dipping herbs, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder.
  2. Place pork tenderloin in ziplock bag and pour marinade over the pork. Allow pork to marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with nonstick foil.
  4. Place pork on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 145 degrees.
  5. Allow pork to rest for 5 minutes, slice & enjoy.
